They always offer excellent and honest service at a fair price. They're just about the only place my family goes for car service. I honestly can't say enough good things about them.

Best service I’ve had. I came to Midas because Mr.Tokyo in Raleigh told me I needed both axles and brakes replaced. So I got one axle + break done, and came to Midas a month later to get the rest done. However, after they checked it out free of charge they were completely honest with me and told me that my axles and brakes didn’t need replacing anytime soon. The honesty was so refreshing and Mike was incredibly friendly and answered all of the questions. Will be back!

This was my second time at the Midas on Independence. I called and was able to be seen same day. I needed someone to tell me what I needed to know and I got exactly that. Marvin gave me excellent customer service even while delivering bad news. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

I’ve been bringing my car (2004 Toyota Camry XLE…207,000 miles) to this Midas shop on Independence Blvd in Matthews, NC for over 15 years. This shop has the best customer service front desk (Marvin), and management team (Mike) and ASE Certified Technician (Jack), and others I have ever interacted with. Today I brought my Camry in for a Thermostat/ Gasket replacement, and 5W30 Synthetic oil change. I am very pleased with this Midas shop and the work they have done on my vehicles over the years. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone in need of a car repair and a honest estimate, along with very fair pricing. Eric V. BEST

$116 for an oil/filter change on a 2021 Miata. Total time spent there 55 minutes, Thursday at 3pm. My car was the only one in the shop. In short, if you're going to change your oil, I recommend going to the quick change shops, it will save you time.
